    You create skills via the skills management (management > skills management). Click + New skill there. Give the skill a clear name and abbreviation. These will later be visible in the skills matrix – the overview of obtained and missing skills. Also add a short description explaining what the skill stands for.     Viewing a skills profile Besides the skills matrix, you can also view skills and their status per user, via the skills profile. Every user in Pluvo has a skills profile: an overview of all skills assigned to this user and their status. The skills profile is useful when you want to zoom in on one employee, for example during a development review, whereas the skills matrix gives you the overview across multiple employees.     Issuing a certificate In Pluvo, you can issue a certificate in several ways. Which route you choose depends on where you're working: From a learning path — manually to one or more participants, or automatically based on conditions.
