Deleting users (trash)
If you no longer want a user to be able to log in to your academy, you can place them to the trash. A user in the trash no longer counts towards the user limit of your subscription. What is the difference between the trash and deleting? The trash serves as an intermediate step before a user is permanently deleted. This ensures that you never accidentally remove a user completely from the academy. Managing locations You can now manage locations directly from a separate Locations page: create new locations, edit existing locations, and delete locations. With Reports, you can quickly generate a useful report, giving you a clear overview of your learning journeys and course modules in one go. To create a report, go to management and click on reports. Changing the language of your organization is very easy. On the homepage of your academy, click the gear icon next to the 'manage learning journeys' button. A window will slide out where you can change the language of your organization at the top. This changes the language of all standard buttons and instructions. Occasionally, we receive requests from our clients to change the URL of their Pluvo environment. You can now do this yourself! Go to Management > Branding > Actions > Adjust web address. Here, you can modify your unique web address. E-mails Pluvo sends emails to your users, and you can customise them. Pluvo distinguishes between three different types of emails: a general invitation, an invitation for a learning journey, and a notification. In all of these emails, you can use dynamic content, which is already available in the fields by default. You can insert such dynamic pieces of content, like the user's name, in the salutation.
