Compliant with skill management

Compliance with laws and regulations starts with a clear overview: who has which skills, and where are the gaps? With skills management in Pluvo you keep that overview — and make sure your organisation stays demonstrably compliant.

What is skills management in Pluvo?

Skills management revolves around three concepts that work together:

  • Skills — the competencies your employees need.
  • Certificates — the proof that someone has mastered a skill. For each skill you decide which certificates are mandatory or optional.
  • The skills matrix — the overview that shows you at a glance who meets which requirements.

You link certificates to a skill and assign that skill to one or more user groups. Pluvo then automatically tracks whether someone has all the mandatory certificates and is therefore compliant.

What can you do with skills management in Pluvo?

With the skills matrix you can see at a glance:

  • Who has which skills.
  • Which skills still need to be developed.
  • Whether there are gaps within a team or the organisation.
  • Which certificates are mandatory or optional.
  • Which certificates are about to expire.

And you can take action right away: award certificates, enrol people in a meeting or send them a message — all from the same overview.
