Managing Skills A group manager can: View the skills matrix of their group (see who has which skills and where gaps exist) Receive notifications when a group member's certificate is about to expire What a group manager cannot do: Create new skills Link skills to certificates Assign skills to users This must be done by an academy manager or owner.
