A Role for Managers and Team Leaders A group manager only has access to the data and results of the members of their group. They can therefore view the progress of participants in their group, chat with the group, add and edit new users within the group and enrol users within the group for a meeting (provided they have been assigned by the manager). Managing skills A group manager can: View the skills matrix for his/her group (see who has which skills and where the gaps are). Receive notifications when a group member's certificate is about to expire. What a group manager cannot do: Create new skills. Link skills to certificates. Assign skills to users. View and Manage Enrollments The group manager can see who is enrolled in trainings within their own group(s). Viewing Enrollments Go to Enrollments in the menu. Here you will see: Who is enrolled The status (requested, approved, completed, canceled)
