What do we mean by a user?

By 'users' we mean everyone you add to your Pluvo environment, regardless of their role. So not only the 'regular' participants, but also administrators such as Managers and Owners count.

Number of users per month

You choose your subscription based on two things: the maximum number of users that has access to your academy at the same time, and the features you want to use. You'll find a full overview of our subscriptions and features on the features page.

An example: if you take out a subscription for 100 users, a maximum of 100 people can be in your academy at the same time, yourself included. You can add and remove people without limit, as long as you stay below that number. This way you know exactly what you pay each month in advance.

Adjusting your subscription

Do you have a monthly subscription? Then you adjust it every month, both up and down. With an annual subscription you can always upgrade, but you can't go lower than the package you signed up for.
