The dashboard

The reporting tool primarily gives you insight into the progress of your users. The dashboard (Manage > Users > Dashboard) gives administrators a quick overview of how active your academy is. You can see at a glance how many users are active and how many sessions are taking place.

What does the dashboard show?

The dashboard displays two key figures:

Active users — the number of users that have logged in during the selected period.
Number of sessions — the number of times a session was started during the selected period.

For both figures, you can choose from the following time periods: per hour, per day, per week, per month, per year, or a custom period.

The chart

The data is displayed in a chart. The chart is clickable: click on a point or period in the chart to zoom in on that specific period. On the right-hand side you can see which users are active.

Drilling down to users

Click on the number next to active users to go directly to a filtered view of the user list. You can see exactly which users were active during the selected period. From this overview, you can also create an export.

More information in the future

The dashboard will be further expanded in the future, giving you even better insight into the usage of your academy.
