Change the language of your organisation

Changing the language of your organization is very easy. On the homepage of your academy, click the gear icon next to the 'manage learning journeys' button. A window will slide out where you can change the language of your organization at the top. This changes the language of all standard buttons and instructions.

Do you have Dutch and non-Dutch learners? Then you can also set the interface language per learner.

Setting User Language



When you create a new user, you can set the user's language. To create a user, go to 'users' in the management section and click on 'new user'. Here you fill in the details of the new user.

Under Language, you indicate which language the platform interface should be displayed in. This also determines the language of the invitation that is sent to this user. If you leave this field empty, the default language of the organization will be chosen.



You can always change the interface language for a specific user in their profile. To do this, go to 'users' > click on the user's name > click on 'profile'.

A user can also change the language themselves



This can also be done under their own profile. This can be found on the homepage, all the way to the top right.
