Change the URL of your academy
Occasionally, we receive requests from our clients to change the URL of their Pluvo environment. You can now do this yourself! Go to Management -> Organization -> Web Address. Here, you can modify your unique web address.
NOTE: If you modify the unique web address, all active sessions will be terminated, and your logged-in learners will be automatically logged out. The organization's administrators will receive a confirmation email with the new details. The old web address remains linked for a month but will be available for any other organization to claim afterward. It is advisable to send your learners a chat message or email with the new web address.
