The chat
Within Pluvo, you can chat with people following a learning journey, groups, users, and trainers.
When creating a learning journey, you have the option to create a group chat for the learning journey. This option is automatically selected but can be deselected if preferred. Once selected, a group chat for your learning journey is automatically created. All participants you add to the learning journey are placed in this group and can communicate with each other via the chat.
You can always change these settings later via management -> select your learning journey -> settings.
If you no longer want to see the chat, you can click on the cross icon. Press the magnifying glass and enter the name to find the chat again.
Within Pluvo, you can also create groups, for instance, if multiple groups have access to a learning path, but you want to differentiate within them. Perhaps you provide the same learning path to two different groups and want people within a specific group to chat with each other. Or people start at different times, and you want those starting simultaneously to easily contact each other.
In the group settings, you can select whether a group chat is created or not. You can read here how to create a group.
If you no longer want to see the chat, you can click on the cross icon. Press the magnifying glass and enter the name to find the group chat again.
Under the users' section, only your name is displayed by default. However, you can also chat one-on-one with users who are registered in your academy. Click on the magnifying glass to search for a user. Then, you can send a message. When someone sends you a message, this conversation will also appear under users.
When you send a link, both you and the recipient automatically see a preview of the link. This also applies to videos: they can even be played directly in the chat!
