Issuing a certificate
In Pluvo, you can issue certificates both manually and automatically. Below, you can read how to set up both methods quickly.
Go to the learning journey from which you want to issue a certificate.
Open the participants tab.
Tick the box next to the name(s) of the participant(s) to whom you wish to issue a certificate.
Click on the certificate icon and select the certificate you want to issue.

The participant will now receive an email with a link to the certificate.
Automatically issuing certificates can be useful when you want participants to receive a certificate only once they meet specific criteria. You can do this by setting conditions within the learning journey. In the steps below, we explain how to issue a certificate once a participant has completed the final course module.
Go to the learning journey from which you want to issue the certificate.
Create a new module group by clicking the plus icon at the very bottom of the page.

Give the module group a title (e.g. 'certificate') and select 'completion of course module' for the condition.

Then, choose the course module that must be completed and set any required score. This defines the condition for receiving the certificate.

Open Status:
Here you set how soon after completing the course module the certificate may be issued. Leave this at 0 hours after completion if the certificate can be issued immediately.
Email Notification:
Tick this option if you want to send the participant an email notification about the certificate. If you have set up in the certificate settings (via admin > certificates) that the certificate is emailed, you can uncheck this option to avoid sending duplicate emails.
Hidden:
Tick hidden if you want the module group with the certificate to be visible only after the condition is met. If you uncheck this option, a participant will be able to see that a certificate will be issued, but it can only be opened after the condition is fulfilled.
Save the module group and then click 'add module' in your learning journey within your new module group.

Select certificate and choose the desired certificate. Save it, and your certificate is now linked!
