Integrate Pluvo with MS Teams (calendar & meetings)
Besides allowing participants to log in with their MS Teams account via SSO, Pluvo can also be integrated with MS Teams for managing meetings. With this integration, meeting registrations are automatically added to participants' calendars, and administrators can easily create Teams meetings directly from Pluvo. In this article, we explain how to set up this integration.
The first step is to set up Single Sign-On (SSO) for the Pluvo academy. If you haven't done this yet, follow the instructions in this helpdesk article.
Contact us at info@pluvo.com for further integration. We require some details, such as the tenant_id and the email address of the Microsoft user. This should be the email address authorized to make changes in Microsoft Entra.
Once we have received the necessary information, we will add it to the management system.
Next, you need to grant the necessary permissions. Within the Microsoft Entra account, the following permissions must be assigned:
Calendars.ReadWrite: Permission to read and edit calendars.
OnlineMeetings.ReadWrite.All: Permission to read and edit all online meetings.
Place.Read.All: Permission to read information about meeting locations.
Note: The permissions must be set to Application Type.

After completing the necessary steps, we will test whether the integration has been successfully set up. This includes verifying that the SSO connection functions correctly and that changes to the calendar and online meetings can be processed through the integration.
