Group Manager

In addition to the four general user roles, there is also the role of group manager.

Group managers can be added when you want someone to monitor the progress of a group. The group manager can also chat with the group and view a participant's portfolio (available from the Plus subscription onwards), provided this has been shared with them. You can add group managers by going to a group and clicking 'add group manager'.

Additionally, the group manager can also add and edit new and existing users within a group.

The group manager is responsible for managing and monitoring one or more groups within Pluvo. This role does not have full administrator rights, but does have sufficient access to track employee progress and participation, and to intervene where necessary.

Via Reports in the menu, you can see the progress and results of your group. You can filter by group, period, or specific training, and export the report to Excel. This gives you an at-a-glance overview of who has started, who is in progress, and who has completed — useful preparation for a progress review.

Via Enrollments in the menu, you manage all enrollments within your group. You can:

  • See who is enrolled and what the status is (requested, approved, completed, or cancelled)
  • Approve or reject pending enrollments
  • Unenroll participants from a training
  • Update a participant's status (present/absent)

Via the reports, you have insight into how far participants are in their learning journey. You can see each participant's start date, progress, time spent, and score. Use the filters to quickly identify who is falling behind, so you can intervene in time.
