View and Manage Enrollments


The group manager can see who is enrolled in trainings within their own group(s).


Viewing Enrollments

  1. Go to Enrollments in the menu.

  1. Here you will see:
  • Who is enrolled
  • The status (requested, approved, completed, canceled)


Enrollments Overview


Approving or Rejecting Enrollments

When enrollments are pending approval, the group manager can review them.


  1. Go to Enrollments > To Review.
  2. Check:
  • Participant name
  • Training
  • Date / schedule
  1. Choose:
  • Approve – the participant will be officially enrolled.
  • Reject – the enrollment will be denied (optionally with a note).


Managing Enrollments (Modify or Remove)

Depending on permissions, the group manager can unenroll a participant from some trainings.


How to do this:

  1. Open the training.
  2. Go to Participants / Enrollments.
  3. Click on the relevant participant.
  4. Choose the desired action:
  • Modify
  • Unenroll
  • Adjust status (present/absent)

What Can a Group Manager Not Do?


The group manager does not have the rights to:

  • Create or delete trainings
  • Modify global settings
  • Manage users outside their own group(s)
  • Adjust authorizations and roles


💡 Tip:

  • Regularly check reports to detect progress in a timely manner.
  • Use filters to view only your group(s) – this prevents confusion.
  • Process enrollments quickly to avoid delays for participants.
  • Use reports as a basis for progress discussions.
