Connecting your HR platform, CRM, or intranet
Do you have an HR system, CRM, or intranet that integrates with Zapier? Automate your application, so your (new) colleagues or customers are automatically added to the right training courses!
Please note:
Ensure you have a Team or Company subscription.
For a multi-step Zap, you need a paid Zapier account. Get one starting at €20.21/month and try it for free.
For integration with specific applications, you might require the paid version of the product.
Step 1: Pluvo connects through Zapier. Check if your system is listed here. If your system is listed, you can connect it with Pluvo. Think of systems like BambooHR, Salesforce, AgileCRM, SugarCRM, Workable, Recruitee, and OnepageCRM.
Step 2: If you don't have a Zapier account yet, create one.
Step 3: Click on 'Make a Zap' in the left menu.
Step 4: Look for your HR app under 'When this happens'. Select the relevant trigger event, such as new employee or new customer. Click continue.
Step 5: Connect your application with Zapier.
Step 6: Click test & continue.
Step 1: Move to 'do this'. Select Pluvo here.
Step 2: Select find or search user under 'choose action event'. An account needs to be created in Pluvo first before this person can be linked to the e-learning. Select continue.
Step 3: Connect your Pluvo account with Zapier under 'Choose account'. Authorize Zapier to access your Pluvo account.
Step 4: Go to Customize user. The next step requires a user reference, a unique ID for the user. Most applications connected with Pluvo provide a unique identifier. It's recommended to select this ID, like the ID below.
Step 5: Check 'Create Pluvo user if it doesn't exist yet?'
Step 6: Select the field(s) corresponding to the user's name under name. This could be a single field or multiple fields if you have separate input fields for first and last names. In that case, select both. Ensure a space between both fields if selecting multiple.
Step 7: Select the field corresponding to the email address under Email.
Step 8: Select 'yes' for active. Then click continue.
Step 9: Click test & review to confirm the app's proper connection.
Testing and reviewing will create a user in Pluvo. You can delete this user after the connection.
NOTE: When testing with a user already existing in Pluvo, first add the unique ID of the user in Pluvo to the external reference.
After creating the user, you'll need to add the user to your e-learning.
Step 1: Click on the plus icon under the zap you just created.
Step 2: Again, select Pluvo under 'choose app'.
Step 3: Under Choose action event, select 'add user to e-learning'.
Step 4: Again, select the appropriate Pluvo account. Click continue.
Step 5: For User Reference, select the User Reference passed from Pluvo.
Step 6: For e-learning reference, choose the e-learning to which you want to add the user.
Step 7: Click test & review to confirm the app's proper connection.
All you need to do now is enable the Zap and test if it works.
