Viewing progress of participants
Are you curious about how far your participants have progressed in the learning journey? In Pluvo, you can easily check this!
One way to check progress is by opening the learning journey and then clicking on the participants tab. You'll immediately see a list of all participants and their progress through the learning journey:

Want more details? Click on a user's name. A panel will slide out showing detailed information about the user and the learning journey.

If you click on the title of a course module in this screen, it will open the course module as the user saw it. This is really useful if a user reports a technical issue – you can see exactly where they got stuck.
Handy: when you click "Email", you can (re)send the invitation email for the academy or send a personal email. Select one or more users and send the desired message!
In the participants list, you’ll also find a button to the so-called ‘learning journey matrix’. This shows you at a glance how each participant is progressing through all the individual elements of the learning journey. Click this button to open the learning journey matrix:

You can then see by the dots whether a participant is working on a section, hasn’t started yet, or has completed it. If you work with scores, you can also view them here.

We explain the learning journey matrix in detail in this article.
You can also view participant progress via the reports page in Pluvo. You’ll find this page via admin > reports. In this article, we explain how to use the reports page.
