Trainer of a Learning Path


As a trainer of a learning path, you have an overview of the participants and their progress within a complete learning path. You can enroll participants and track their progress, but you do not have access to the content or settings of the learning path itself.

Enrolling Participants


Managing Participants


Open the learning path

A panel will appear on the right side of your screen.

You will see information about the training, such as the date and address.

At the top, you will see two tabs: "Info" and "Participants."


  1. Click on "Participants."

Here, you can see who is already enrolled in the training.

If no one is enrolled yet, you will see the text: "There are currently no enrollments."

  1. Click the "+" button next to the word "Enrollments" to add someone.




Viewing Enrollments via the Admin Menu


In addition to viewing participants within a specific training, you can also access an overview of all enrollments via the central admin menu.


  1. Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.

  1. Go to Enrollments in the admin menu.
  2. You will see an overview of all participants and the trainings they are enrolled in.

  1. Use the search and filter functions to quickly find the right person or training.



Viewing Participant Progress


As a trainer, you can access reports via the admin menu. Here, you can see the progress of participants per learning path, session, course, certificate, or module.


  1. Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.
  2. Click on Reports. You will see an overview with columns for user, item, start date, progress, time, and score.

  1. Click Filter in the top-right corner to refine the overview. You can filter by:
  • Start date (from/to)
  • Groups
  • Progress (percentage, via a slider)
  • Score (percentage, via a slider)
  • Threshold achieved (all / achieved / not achieved)
  • Learning path
