Registering attendance

You can mark attendance in two ways: via the Registrations overview in the admin menu, or via the meeting itself.

Via the admin menu (per participant):

  1. Click on the gear icon (⚙️) in the top right of the navigation bar.
  2. Go to Registrations in the admin menu.
  3. Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) to the right of the relevant participant.

  1. Click on "Mark as present" to mark the participant as present.

Via this menu, you can also do the following per participant:

  • Cancel participation (Cancel participation)
  • Send a message (Send Message)
  • Award a certificate (Awarding a certificate)

💡 Tip: Register attendance as soon as possible after the meeting, so that certificates can be awarded.

Via the meeting:

You can mark attendance directly from the participant list of the meeting. Open the meeting from the learning path.

  1. Click on the "Participants" tab.
  2. Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) to the right of the relevant participant.
  3. Click on "Confirm registration".

Via the same menu, you can also do the following per participant:

  • Cancel participation
  • Delete registration
  • Send a message
  • Award a certificateOpus 4.7
