Monitor progress



Curious to see how far your participants have come in the learning journey? Open your learning journey and click on the "Participants" tab to instantly see the progress of users.



Want more details? Click on a user's name, and a window will appear with detailed user and learning journey information.



By clicking "Email," you can resend the academy invitation or send a personal message.

Tip: Select multiple users from the participant list of the learning journey to send them a group message.



Click "Profile" to send a chat message, edit the user, or view the portfolio.



Participants themselves will only see a shorter user information and a chat button to chat with the participant (but only if enabled that participants are visible to each other in the learning journey settings).



You can also view a specific user's progress in all course modules of the learning journey in the management area.



Good to know: Clicking on the title of a course module will open the module as the user saw it. Useful for technical issues to understand where the user got stuck.

Reset progress in a course module



Want a user to repeat a course module? Reset their progress with the arrow icon. Note: All progress, points, and answers will be lost.



Important: If you update the module, the user must also be reset to see the new version.

Reset all progress in the learning journey



Want to reset the progress of multiple participants across the entire learning journey?

Click on the gear icon next to the preview button;
A window will appear. Click on the three dots in the top right;
Click the button to go to the old management area;
Open the "Participants" tab;
Select users and click "Reset."
