### What Can a Group Manager Not Do?

The group manager does **not** have the rights to:
* Create or delete trainings
* Modify global settings
* Manage users outside their own group(s)
* Adjust authorizations and roles

---
💡 **Tip:**
* Regularly check reports to detect progress in a timely manner.
* Use filters to view only your group(s) – this prevents confusion.
* Process enrollments quickly to avoid delays for participants.
* Use reports as a basis for progress discussions.
