# **Create an AI Learning Module with the Pluvo Assistant**
## **What is the Pluvo Assistant?**
The **Pluvo Assistant** helps you set up learning modules more quickly. Based on your description, the AI automatically generates a **complete module with lessons, texts, and quiz questions**.

⚠️ **Please note:** The generated content is a **starting point**. Always review everything before publishing!

## **When do you use the AI feature?**
Use **Start AI Learning Module (✨)** when you:
* ✅ Want to **quickly set up** a module
* ✅ Need an **initial structure**
* ✅ Don’t yet have **fully developed content**

Do you want to create everything yourself?
Then choose **“Start empty learning module.”**

## **Step 1: Start a new learning module**
Click **+ New → Learning module** in the **top right corner**.

## **Step 2: Choose AI learning module**
You will see three options:
* **Start empty learning module** – build everything yourself
* **Start AI learning module (✨)** – let AI create it
* **Templates** – use a template

## **Step 3: Choose your language**
Select the **language** for your module (Dutch, English, German, etc.).

## **Step 4: Describe what you want to create**
In the field **“What is the learning module about?”**, enter a **clear and specific description**.
### Example of a good description:
> “Create a learning module about **information security** for **new healthcare employees**, with **practical examples**, **simple language**, and a focus on **safe email and password practices**.”
💡 **Tip:** The more specific you are, the better the result!

## **Step 5: Set the number of lessons and questions**
* **Lessons:** Choose **1 to 10**
* **Questions per lesson:** Choose **1 to 4**

## **Step 6: Create the module**
Click **Create learning module**.
⚠️ **Important:** Do **not** enter personal data or confidential information. Processing takes place via **OpenAI**.
The AI will now automatically generate:
* ✅ A **title** for your module
* ✅ **Lessons with text blocks**
* ✅ **Quiz questions per lesson**
⏳ This takes a few seconds.

## **Tips for a good description**
In your description, mention:
* ✅ **Topic** – What is it about?
* ✅ **Target audience** – Who is it for?
* ✅ **Level** – Beginner or advanced?
* ✅ **Focus** – Which subjects are important?

### Example:
> “Create an **onboarding module** for **new office employees** with **two lessons**: one on **workplace safety** and one on **collaboration**, written in **simple language**.”

### Good to know:
At the bottom right, you will see an indicator showing how many credits you have left and on which date the new credits will take effect.
