# AFAS App Connector: Access Token

**Information to generate a token**

To add an App connector and generate a token, you'll need both your _API Key_ and your _Environment Key_. Go to **General** and select **App connector** within the **Management** section.

Next, the menu below will appear. Here, you can select an _App connector_ maintained by the client or add a new one if it doesn't exist yet.

After opening the _App connector_, you'll see the screen below. Use the values of the _API Key_ and the _Environment Key_ to generate an access token.
